Nicolaie Lica, 71 – or George, as the tenants know him – was working in the lobby of the building on West 88th Street near Broadway around midnight March 8 when Moshe Dardashty, 29, strolled in and said he wanted to visit a 7th floor apartment, the victim told The Post Wednesday.
